Water eject
  • Low-frequency sound makes the speaker cone move, which can push water out of the grille. Some phones and watches have this built in
  • Hold the phone with the speaker facing down, wipe the outside with a soft cloth, then run the 3 round preset. Repeat once if still muffled
  • Do not use rice, heat or compressed air. Leave the phone in open air to dry fully
Dust and debris
  • Sound only shakes loose light surface dust. For dirt packed deep inside, use a soft dry brush or a service centre

  • Keep the phone away from your ear and unplug headphones before you start
  • Start at low volume. Long, loud sessions can strain small speakers
  • Stop at once if you hear crackling or the speaker gets warm
No sound?
  • Check silent mode, device volume, and that the browser tab is not muted
  • If Bluetooth is connected, sound goes there and not to the phone speaker

It plays sound waves designed to help restore your device's audio quality by pushing out dust or water from the speaker.

  1. Lower the volume first, then raise it gradually.
  2. Start the sound.
  3. Hold your phone with the speaker facing down.
  4. Stop when the sound is clear or after the recommended time.

Used at a sensible volume it is generally fine. Do not push the volume to the maximum for long periods, and stop if you notice distortion or crackling that gets worse.

No. It can only help with dust or water. If the speaker is broken or still sounds bad, visit a service center.

Switch it off, wipe it dry and let it dry fully before charging. Use the cleaner only after the phone is dry on the outside.
