How It Works
The 8th Pay Commission is expected to recommend a fitment factor (likely 2.5x to 3x). This calculator includes advanced HRA flexibility: you can select standard rates (16%, 20%, 22%, 30%) or define your own custom HRA percentage.
Calculation Methodology
